Data Processing Consent

This information will remain secure on the EventsAIR servers and only accessed by the Event Co-ordinators at the Poultry Research Foundation - University of Sydney. It will be kept indefinitely on the EventsAIR servers as a record of your attendance and may be used for communications about future conferences hosted by the organisers of this event. At APSS 2026, we will be again using the EventsAIR Mobile Attendee App, which is great tool for networking and exploring the event using your mobile device.

If you elect to be visible, others at the event will be able to search for you in the app to view your photo and company name, and/or send you an in-app message.
Your personal contact details (email, phone number and company address) will not be shared unless you choose to exchange details with an individual using the Contact Exchange feature.

• Registrations are refundable until the 31st December 2025, however remain transferable up until the 30th January 2026 by email notification to Jo-Ann Geist - jo-ann.geist@sydney.edu.au. • Accommodation that is included in the all inclusive package deals are non-refundable once booked, but may be transferred to another colleague/delegate. • Delegates requiring letters of invitation for visa applications must make sure that they have paid their registration prior contacting Jo-Ann Geist - jo-ann.geist@sydney.edu.au for a letter of invitation to be issued, as per immigration requirements of the Australian Government.
